What is VitalSales Suite?

VitalSales Suite is a web-based suite of quoting and research tools designed to assist insurance agents with researching and recommending the best possible Term, UL, and annuity products for their clients. Agents simply enter demographic information such as age/birthdate, state of residence, up to 4 desired simultaneous face amount(s) and/or risk classes, and choose from a wide variety of products. With a click of a button, multiple quotes can be generated in seconds. With a web-enabled tablet or cell phone, VitalSales Suite can be portable.

What tools are included in VitalSales Suite?

User Access

How do I get access to VitalSales Suite?

Access is available via an annual subscription and can be set up for individual use or for your group. Please contact sales.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com for assistance.

I get a “Login Failed” error when I type in my user name and password.

Passwords are case sensitive. Please be sure you are using the correct case when entering your password. If you do not remember your password, see the next question.

I forgot my user name or password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Reset Password” tab located in the upper right-hand corner of the main VitalSales Suite page. Enter your user name and click the reset button. A new temporary password will be sent to the email address listed on your user account. If you have forgotten your user name, please contact your group administrator or email support.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com.

I am locked out of my user account.

For security reasons, VitalSales Suite will automatically lock your account after more than 3 failed login attempts. When this happens, try again after an hour has passed, or contact support.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com to have your account unlocked.

System Requirements

What are the system requirements for VitalSales Suite?

VitalSales Suite is completely web based. All you need is an internet connection and a current browser such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome.

Will VitalSales Suite work on the Safari browser?

VitalSales Suite has not been tested on Safari and is therefore not supported.

How do I get signed up for VitalSales Suite?

VitalSales Suite is available for both individual use and large groups. To get signed up, please click here, or contact the VitalSales Suite sales team at sales.vitalsalessuite@zinnia.com.

How long will my subscription last?

Your VitalSales Suite subscription will last for 1 year.

How do I renew my subscription to VitalSales Suite?

We will automatically email a reminder about a month before your subscription expires. This email will include instructions for renewing your subscription.
